Scott has been involved in bands since the age of 16. After becoming frustrated in his life with the band scene and placing music first in his life, Scott came to the knowledge of placing Jesus Christ first. After putting music "aside" for a period of time, God revealed to him that he placed desires and gifts in his life that were to be used to focus attention on Jesus rather than himself. Scott states " There is nothing we can do to earn our way into heaven, but only by acknowledging our need for God will we be able to understand what God truly has in store for us in life." Scott is currently using his gifts in Just Rain as the bass player and to let others know we all have struggles, and in order to get through them, we first need to have that relationship with Jesus Christ.
