CHUCK TURNER - BASS GUITAR

Many of you who were fans of SARDONYX know that his skill on bass is extraordinary.  Chuck is not just your average bass player.  If you haven't heard it before, Chuck wrote many of SARDONYX's songs from a bass line.  But he also loved people and knew God gave him his gift to point people to Him.  He is a devoted father and husband.  As a founding member of the band, Chuck's presence was greatly missed when he left in 1993.  The band stopped doing live shows in 1994. 

    Chuck's kids are now grown and Charlie Jr. (sitting on the chair in the photo to the right) is now a aspiring young guitarist (photo to the left) who obviously has been gifted by God to follow in his father's footsteps.  Charlie is married and also has a son.  Soooooooo ... that makes his dad, Chuck Turner, a grandfather. 

Chuck and his wife Barb have two other boys and live in South Carolina.
